Moment Collection Returns & Exchange:

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, return the unopened item to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund you. Please enclose a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are making the return. Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged.

In order to return a product, you must have an Moment Collection Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Form from a member of our Customer Service Team. Any unsolicited and unauthorised returns will be disposed of.

Returns MUST be received within 10 working days of the Returns Form being issued. If an item is not returned within this time frame, we are unable to accept it.

Once we have received a returned item, please allow up to 5-10 working days for it to be processed and replacements despatched.

Please use our "Contact Us" page if you wish to arrange for an item to be returned.

    1. HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER IN STORE

      We’ll happily accept online purchase returns in any of our London store. You can return your item for an exchange or a refund in store.

      • Drop in to a Moment Collection store.
      • Please bring proof of purchased ( order no , invoice )
      • Once we’ve checked that the Returns Policy above has been met, we'll offer you a refund or an exchange in store.
    2. HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER BY POST

      If it’s not possible for you to visit a store, you can post your item back to us for a refund. We can’t do exchanges by post, sorry.

      If you received a faulty item in your online order and it’s not convenient to return it to a store, get in touch with us so we can help.

      • Drop us a email info@momencollection.com and provide as much information as possible ( order no , Contact details, images or video of the product )
      • We will email how to return the product back via email address

      Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets the Returns Policy above, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know.

      The refund will appear in your bank account about 5-10 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll send your parcel back to you, but we’ll contact you about it first.

    3. HOW TO RETURN AN IN-STORE PURCHASE

      If you purchased your item in store, you can return it to our Store for a refund or exchange with 30 days of purchased, subject to our Returns Policy. Items purchased in store can’t be returned by post.

      As long as the Returns Policy has been met, we'll offer you a refund or an exchange in store, on the spot.
